Refund policy

All Umrah package purchases and deposits are non-refundable, which means once payment is made, you will not be eligible to receive a refund under any circumstances.

To proceed with a package, all customers must complete a registration form prior to payment. During this process, you will be required to acknowledge and accept that the payment is non-refundable by checking a confirmation box.

This policy is in place because Umrah packages include pre-booked services such as flights, hotel accommodations, and visa processing. These services are confirmed and paid to third parties immediately upon booking and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Refund requests are not common practice in this industry due to the nature of these arrangements.

We strongly advise that you are fully certain of your travel plans before completing your registration and payment.
